Use the correct All Prominent Ghana warehouse address when sending goods from your supplier in China. Always include your APG shipping mark clearly on your package.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct APG shipping mark and sending goods to the correct warehouse and service address. Please confirm the appropriate service before your supplier dispatches your package.

📦 Your APG Shipping Mark
Your supplier should clearly write your APG shipping mark on the package. The mark helps the warehouse identify your goods and associate them with your shipment.

What happens after your supplier sends the goods?
Your shipment progresses through the APG warehouse process before it is prepared for transportation to Ghana.
Supplier dispatches
Your supplier sends the goods to the appropriate APG China warehouse address.
Package received
Warehouse staff receive and identify the package using the available shipping information.
Scan & record
The tracking number can be scanned and the package quantity and CBM recorded by customer service or warehouse staff.
Prepare for shipment
Eligible packages can be organized and prepared for the applicable shipping method.

🏷️ Shipping Marks
Every package should have the required APG shipping mark clearly visible.
- Use the correct APG customer/shipping code.
- Make sure the mark can be read easily.
- Do not cover the mark with another label.
- Confirm the correct warehouse address before dispatch.

All Prominent Ghana Shipping & Logistics is not responsible for loss, delay, misrouting or inability to identify goods where the issue results from an incorrect or missing shipping mark, incorrect warehouse address or insufficient package identification.
📦 Packaging
Customers should ensure that goods are appropriately packed for transportation. Fragile, liquid, oversized or restricted items may require additional arrangements.
⏱️ ETA Information
Published ETA information is an estimate and can be affected by supplier dispatch times, warehouse receiving, shipment schedules, customs procedures, weather, port or airport operations and other circumstances outside the warehouse's control.

Warehouse operations include receiving packages, organizing shipments and preparing cargo for transportation.
